One of the most important goals during the development of the Sacred Library was creating a structure that could support the scale and complexity of Priestess Presence’s growing membership experience.

The Priestess Presence ecosystem has long been rooted in Ontraport as its primary CRM, which meant it was essential for our new WordPress-based membership platform to integrate seamlessly with the systems already in place.

As a team, we decided to use WP Fusion as the bridge between WordPress and Ontraport. After carefully structuring the integration, we were able to create a connected experience that allowed both platforms to work cohesively while supporting the operational needs of the business.

The next challenge was building a content structure that could handle a growing library of programs and member experiences without becoming difficult to manage long-term.

It was through collaboration with another developer on our team, Arlene, that we discovered LifterLMS.

At the time, we weren’t simply looking for a learning management system. We needed something flexible enough to support a high-volume content structure while still integrating properly with the rest of our tech stack. One of the first things we prioritized was ensuring that LifterLMS could work reliably alongside WP Fusion and Ontraport before moving forward with implementation.

Looking back, it became one of the best decisions we made for the platform.

LifterLMS gave us the structure and flexibility we needed to create a more scalable and engaging member experience, while still allowing the backend systems to remain organized and manageable as the platform continued to grow.

What I appreciated most about this project was the level of problem-solving involved. It wasn’t simply about choosing tools that worked individually, but about building an ecosystem where every platform could coexist seamlessly and support the experience as a whole.
